Injury Recovery
Recovery from sprains, strains, and fractures.
What this program covers
Musculoskeletal injuries affect the muscles, ligaments, tendons, and bones, often causing pain, swelling, and reduced movement. Our therapists combine manual therapy, targeted strengthening, and progressive loading protocols to restore strength and function safely, so you can return to daily activity with confidence.
We start with a detailed injury history and functional assessment to identify exactly which tissue — muscle, ligament, tendon, or bone — is involved and how well it has recovered. Treatment combines hands-on soft-tissue and joint mobilization with progressive strength and loading protocols, all graded to protect the healing tissue while restoring normal function.
What recovery looks like
Acute sprains and strains typically respond within 1–3 weeks; more significant injuries follow a staged program over 4–8 weeks. You'll leave every session with clear guidance on safe activity so recovery never stalls.

FAQs
Any injury to muscles, ligaments, tendons, or bones — sprains, strains, tendinopathy, or fractures. If swelling, stiffness, or pain lasts more than a few days after an accident, sport, or repetitive activity, physiotherapy can assess exactly which tissue is involved and how well it has healed.
